You will be sent an appointment confirmation that list the time, date, and location of your service. Click the confirmation button to take you to our helpful prep tips page, which will prepare you for your upcoming appointment. We will even send you a reminder the day before your service.

We will prep each room in your home to ensure that your furniture and carpeting is protected. Our technicians add plastic protectors to prevent rust spots from appearing. All our equipment have shields to prevent over spray, so that your furniture does not get damaged.

Our truckmount system has the most powerful extraction system on the market. This powerful vacuum will extract most of the injected liquid. We then add powerful fans into the cleaned rooms to accelerate drying. If you live in the area, we will even let you borrow our fans to ensure complete drying.

At the end of your service, we will always provide you with a couple pairs of booties. It is best to stay off your carpet until it's fully dry, but we understand the need to see your newly cleaned carpet. Always be careful transitioning from your carpet to other hard surfaces. Things can get slippery.
